ISO 22716

This is a standard drawn up by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) which provides us with a Guide to Good Manufacturing Practices for the cosmetic products industry.

Good manufacturing practices aim to ensure quality by establishing the appropriate guidelines to ensure the necessary activities to obtain a product that complies with the defined characteristics.

The scope of application of this regulation is the definition of guidelines or requirements in the production, control, storage and distribution of cosmetic products.

CAAE Cosmos

The COSMOS-standard is guided by four basic principles:

Promoting the use of products from organic farming and respecting biodiversity.
To use natural resources responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
To use transformation and manufacturing processes that are clean and respectful of human health and the environment.
Integrate and develop the concept of green chemistry.

The COSMOS-standard covers in detail all aspects related to the sourcing, manufacturing, marketing and control of cosmetic products. Our Certification Bodies inspect each of these aspects to certify an organic or natural product. The key sections of the COSMOS-standard are described in chapters 6 to 11.

European manufacture

We manufacture our products in Barcelona, Spain, complying with all the required Good Manufacturing Practices regulations and seeking the highest quality standards so that our products have all the safety guarantees.
